7/28/14-- FRAMINGHAM-- Patrick Primevara didn't miss the chance to kayak on Rte. 9 Monday morning in the eastbound lane, while in the westbound lane one of three stranded vehicles is towed from the water under the Rte.126 bridge. Torrential downpours caused ponding there Monday morning at about 9 a.m. Traffic was stopped in both directions causing backups for miles.
