  • Father Nicholas Ciccone, Jr., left, playing cymbals with the Waltham American Legion Band in Russia in 1990.  Today he is a hospice chaplain at CareOne in Concord. He joined the band in 1969 when he was a music teacher at Kennedy Middle School in Waltham.
